A Completely Useless and Irresponsible Service
This organization delivers shockingly incompetent customer service. I called at 10:00 AM, was promised a call back within 2 hours, and—unsurprisingly—no one called.
I called again at 12:45 PM, and the same completely unhelpful person answered, repeated the same meaningless apology, and again promised a call back “urgently.” Another 2 hours passed with zero response.
The person answering the phone clearly has no knowledge, no authority, and no willingness to help. They simply pick up the call and provide scripted excuses. It honestly feels like they are just wasting customers’ time.
For a firm that presents itself as a top-level government transaction service, this level of negligence is absolutely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, responsibility, and basic customer care is shocking.
If this is how they handle a simple phone inquiry, then I can’t imagine how poorly they must handle actual government-related processes.
This is not just disappointing—it is embarrassing for an entity operating under such an important role.
my visit here and transaction is not that exceptional. i came to apply for EID, but the lady who is assigned to me is not that helpful enough. the 1st time i have to wait long time just to get the application confirmation. and the 2nd time was just 2 days ago, i waited 30 minutes in the center, but she did not even tell me that there is some issue with the photo, i just approched her, and that's just the only time that she told me the issue. so i requested the employee to send me the requirement, i left the center, after 2hours the employee complied, and i sent it to her right after i received it. until this time (2 days) i never receive any response even i have followed up many times.. i will try to go there again. 😒
