This is actually my second time working with Instant Debt Management Services (IDMS), and I couldn’t be more grateful for their professionalism and humanity throughout my journey.
I first engaged IDMS last year to help me with a Credit Card debt settlement, and they did an incredible job coordinating everything directly with the bank, negotiating on my behalf and setting up a realistic plan. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen challenges with my new company at the time, I was unable to keep up with the commitment IDMS had secured for me. Out of embarrassment, when my situation improved, I went elsewhere - a decision I truly regret.
The other company I approached turned out to be a complete scam. I can’t mention names for legal reasons, but if you ever come across a debt management firm with no Google reviews, that should tell you everything. I lost more money and peace of mind dealing with them, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
After that ordeal, I humbly turned back to IDMS, and to my surprise, they welcomed me back with compassion, understanding and total professionalism, despite how our first encounter had ended. That alone says everything about their integrity and character.
Mr. Mohsin, Rose, and the entire IDMS team have been nothing short of exceptional. They not only managed to negotiate an incredible reduction in fees and secure a realistic repayment plan tailored to my circumstances, but every interaction was handled efficiently and with complete transparency.
Unlike so many so-called “debt management” companies out there, IDMS is the real deal. They have genuine relationships with the banks, they deliver exactly what they promise, and they stay with you every step of the way until everything is resolved. Most importantly, they treat clients with empathy and respect, no matter their situation.
