I am about to go into my second year in my house with PC properties and I have no complaints at all. They really are what landlords should be after hearing some of the horror stories of what my friends have been through in their student accommodation - luckily I can’t relate! The property is well maintained and good value, maintenance issues are resolved really quickly and their communication is really good!
