Amazing experience from the start to the end! We dealt with Mohamed Ibrahim for our booking and itinerary and he made everything simple and a breeze really. We did the Luxor Aswan 5 days Nile Cruise through them. There was constant communication on WhatsApp and on the phone prior to and through out. Prompt pickup at the station and dropp off at the airport. Their transport busses are new and comfortable. The drivers respectful and helpful.
Now for the cruise, we stayed at Nile Crown 2, and even though its not the most modern out of the 3 we found it to be very comfortable and felt like a hotel with a constant amazing Nile view. Food felt like it was Egyptian home made food and the staff were phenomenal. The Stagg treated you as if they were hosting you in their own home, true Egyptian hospitality. Highly recommend.
Only con is the smell of the fumes from the boats while docked, nothing against the company or the staff but recommend they work on installing some sort of exhausts that prevent the strong smell of fumes/exhaust as it takes away from the nature scene/feeling.
The temples and the touguides they provided were very professional and esnured everything was taken care of and stayed in constant communication.
All in all we were all very happy with the experience.
